Anchor Center, LLC is a trainning, education, and support center for direct care professionals. Anchor's mission is to provide outstanding, comprehensive training and skill building as well as ongoing mentoring and support services to your employees at low cost to improve the skill development of your employees, the quality of support provided to your clientele, and improve employee retention.

Skill Assessment

Trainees will self-assess their skills in core competency areas and track their progress in improving their knowledge and skill development.

Education & Training

Anchor Center provides training and education that complies with all regulatory requirements for SCL & MP Medicaid Waiver providers, that is convenient to access (provided both in person and electronically), and that provides additional training to DSPs in nationally recognized core competency areas... at low cost!
