MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

Mentee Training

We can train your mentees so that they get the most from their mentoring experience! Your employees will use our self-assessment tool to assess what skill areas they think are most important to the job (based on national core competencies) as well as assessing what they believe their skill level is for each of those areas. Self-assessment will be done both at the beginning of their training and again at the end of training to track their progress. Your employee will then be assisted to develop goals for continued improvement in their knowledge and skill development over time and work with a mentor for up to six months to continue to develop their skills.
